The 2012-2013 school year marks the 40th annual Hartford Youth Art Renaissance in partnership with Hartford Public Schools and the Wadsworth Atheneum Museum of Art.  

The Hartford Youth Art Renaissance is a celebration of artistic expression by Prek-12 grade students of Hartford Public Schools. In this special initiative, everyone is a winner! Work submitted will be displayed at the Wadsworth Atheneum from April 20-May 19. A student recognition ceremony as well as a special birthday celebration to honor this extensive partnership will occur on Saturday, May 4. Here, we will gather to commend the expressive creativity, vision, and bravery of young Hartford artists and art enthusiasts.  Mark your calendar as this is a very special anniversary year!
