What is Arts Integration?
Hartford Performs follows the definition of Arts Integration endorsed by

Arts Integration Continuum
We recognize that there can be a broad spectrum of programs, ranging from those in which students experience the arts (such as watching a performance) to those in which students demonstrate their understanding of subject matter by creating a work of art, such as a picture or dance. We call this spectrum the “Arts Integration Continuum.” All Hartford Performs programs fall somewhere along this continuum.
